Human Resources Diploma Program

Human Resources is a comprehensive human resources training program. The program concentrates on Business Computer Applications, Word Processing, Information Management (database), along with related subjects such as Organizational Behaviour, Employee Relations & Development, Human Resource Planning, Business Communications, Business English, Accounting Fundamentals, Computerized Accounting as well as Financial Management.
This program is designed to help participants gain the necessary human resources skills to enter the work force through various types of occupations. The program is suited to students entering the work force for the first time, students returning to the work force with enhanced skills and those looking to change careers.

Program Duration:1000 hours of in-class instruction

Nova Scotia High School Completion or Equivalent, (GED) as outlined by the Nova Scotia Department of Labour and Advanced Education, Private Career College Division.
