Being an employee of CBVRCE, I saw first hand the need for classroom supports. When researching schools, I needed to find balance so I could navigate school and home life. The idea of going back to school was overwhelming. When I started the process, everything fell into place. I was able to accomplish this at Island Career Academy through convenient class times. Staff were very professional, supportive and accommodating. From my experience, Island Career Academy will train professional, hard-working individuals to obtain a promising career. I am a full time Teacher Assistant with the help of Island Career Academy.

If I receive praise from a client, I am sure to let them know that I was trained by the best.

I continue to seek mentorship from my instructors as a practicing Registered Massage Therapist and they are always willing to offer advice and guidance. I am grateful for all the learning experiences, support form instructors and administrative staff, as well as the relationships I was able to establish along my journey.
